3. Authorized Support Access
Authorized Maintainly personnel may access customer workspace data when necessary for support, troubleshooting, security response, migration, or account recovery.
Support access may include secure impersonation tools that allow authorized personnel to reproduce and resolve customer-reported issues.
This access is limited to legitimate business purposes, limited personnel, and security controls.
4. Data Ownership
All data entered into the system remains the property of the organization using the Service.
5. Appointment Scheduling & SMS Communications
When you book a demo or sales call, we collect your name, email address, and phone number (if provided) to schedule and confirm your appointment.
By providing your phone number on our booking form, you consent to receive a one-time booking confirmation text and appointment reminder messages via SMS from Maintainly. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Reply HELP for assistance.
6. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties except:
- When required by law
- To provide essential service functionality (hosting, infrastructure)
- Twilio Inc. — used as our SMS delivery provider to send booking confirmations and appointment reminders. Twilio receives only the phone number and message content necessary to deliver each message. See Twilio's Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure.
8. Access Logs and Audit Records
We may log administrative and support access events, including account context, timestamps, and related operational metadata, to maintain security, integrity, and accountability.
